Benefits of using emergenetics’ principles

Organisations that use the emergenetics Profile are able to form more productive teams, increase understanding among co-workers, reduce conflict between people, assure more successful project implementation and develop more effective solutions to problems.

Individuals who learn their own attributes for thinking and behaving are able to communicate, sell, make presentations, teach and motivate others more effectively.

Fortune 500 CEOs and executive management teams across the U.S. and the world have found emergenetics to be a valuable tool that enhances an organisation's ability to make good people decisions and create strong work teams that are more effective and innovative.

By understanding and using emergenetics' principles, you will be able to:

Understand self and others
Understand customers
Assemble the "perfect" team
Enhance interpersonal communication
Accelerate learning
Make the "perfect" presentation
Heighten creative problem solving
Develop leadership skills
Value diversity in thinking and behaving
Increase productivity
Promote life satisfaction

On the right is an example of an emergenetics Profile.

This individual has a natural gift for Analytical thinking (Blue = 40%) and Structural thinking (Green = 38%).Social (Red =
20%) and Conceptual (Yellow = 2%) thinking are not her preferred attributes.

We would expect this person to be more interested in data, analysis, systems, organisation, and practical solutions than in emotional issues, people problems, global concerns, or thinking outside the box.

It is important to note though, that she does possess a fondness for Social thought (Red = 20%) even if it is not technically one of her preferences.

In addition, every emergenetics Profile reveals an individual's Behavioral Attributes (Purple).

In this case, she is at the near-end of the spectrum (called the “first-third”)
for Expressiveness, at the middle of the spectrum (“second-third”)
for Assertiveness, and at the middle ofthe spectrum (“second-third”) for Flexibility.

This is someone who is largely in the “it-depends group,” meaning that she is comfortable in adapting her behaviours based on the situation.

Overall she is focussed on her projects and wants her ideas to be implemented, but is open to other points of view. She will explain her thoughts when she believes it is appropriate, but she is not the first person to speak up.
